The Brief:
Klima-therm employed Metafab Solutions to carry out this job, Metafab scope of work included the following:
- Survey
- Supply and deliver of the equipment
- Installation of the PODS
- Project management.
The Challenge:
As per most of our project the biggest challenge was to keep our customer happy and to work on only one chiller at a time making sure that the other one was on and capable to take the load.
Strategy and Outcome
Metafab brilliantly approached the job.
From day one they kept us / our customer informed on every single step of the project.
On the day of delivery, they had a person on site waiting for the equipment to be delivered.
The L&S aspect of the installation (including traffic management) was completed safely keeping the customer happy at all time.
Overall, the entire job was completed in the best possible manner.
Nothing could have be done better in this project.
